The 2024 Miami International GuitART Festival presents Cuban guitarist Laura Mazon Franqui who was praised as “an accomplished guitarist of Hispanic Latino descent” by the Digital Journal and as “a fine player from whom great things can be expected” by the Soundboard Magazine.
She has participated in numerous festivals, including Rhode Island International Festival and Competition, New Orleans International Guitar Festival, Musica en Compostela, Musicalia Festival, Havana International Guitar Festival, Havana International Chamber Music Festival, and Havana Contemporary Music Festival among others.
