The 2020 Miami International GuitART Festival presents Duo Alto Plano in concert. Formed by the guitarist and composer Arthur Dente and his daughter flutist Valentine Dente, Duo Alto Plano presents original compositions for flute and guitar as well as solo guitar by Dente. Trained in classical music and improvisation, Dente’s compositions incorporate influences from various musical cultures, including French, Spanish, Celtic, North American, South American, Indian, and Arab-Andalusian.
