MIGF 2021 Virtual Festival Pass provides free access to attend all festival events.
The 2021 Miami International GuitART Festival presents the 19th-Century guitar music specialists Robert Trent and Marco Battaglia and his duo partner Anna Armenante, traverso flute. Robert Trent will perform works by Ferdinando Carulli, Fernando Sor, and Mauro Giuliani on a 19th-Century guitar by Gennaro Fabricatore.
Marco Battaglia and Anna Armenante will perform a program of solo guitar and flute-guitar works by Luigi Moretti, Mauro Giuliani, Gioachino Rossini, Johann Kaspar Mertz, and Luigi Rinaldo Legnani. Battaglia will play on a 19th-Century guitar by Gennaro Fabricatore. Armenante’s flute with burn mark is Amédée “Couesnon” (Château-Thierry, Paris, 19th century).
