The 2022 Miami International GuitART Festival presents Armenian virtuoso guitarist Gohar Vardanyan in a solo concert, featuring works by Astor Piazzolla, Agustín Barrios-Mangoré, Joaquín Rodrigo, Isaac Albéniz, Dionisio Aguado, Antonio Lauro, Rodrigo Riera, Johann Kaspar Mertz, and Francisco Calleja.
Ms. Vardanyan holds a Master of Music Degree from The Juilliard School where she studied with Sharon Isbin and a Bachelor of Music degree from the Peabody Conservatory of Music where she studied with Manuel Barrueco.
